  • Where do you ship to?

    We offer delivery to your doorstep for $15 in the greater Los Angeles area including Pasadena & Malibu. You may view a map of our delivery area. Still need to ask if your address is in range? Contact us here.

  • When do you deliver?

    Order by Sunday at MIDNIGHT to receive your order on the following Wednesday 9am-7pm. You will receive a reminder email prior to your Wednesday delivery.

  • Can I pick up my order?

    We offer free pick up on Thursdays 9am-12:30pm. We are located in zip code 90031. Just select the option for LA Pick Up at online checkout.

    We'll confirm your pick up and email all the deets before you pick up on Thursday. If this day/time will not work for you, reach out to us here.

  • How do you make delivery easy?

    We LOVE to make delivery easy on you! Please provide us with any delivery tips like gate code, hidden key etc. at online check out so that we can successfully deliver your order without disturbing you. We’ll send you a text & photo at the time of delivery.

  • Do you upcycle jars?

    Yes! We think sustainability is sexy! Please leave jars & ice packs you’d like to return out for us to pick up on your next delivery.

  • How do I open my soup or broth jar?

    1. Unscrew the lid.

    2. Use a bottle opener to pop the sealed flat lid.

    3. Enjoy.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Please cancel your subscription at least 10 days prior to your next Wednesday delivery by logging into your member profile.

    You can view and manage your subscriptions from your customer account. After logging in, click My Account, and then Subscriptions. To cancel the subscription, click Cancel Subscription.

  • How do I change the credit card on my subscription?

    To update your payment information or change your billing address, log into your member profile. Click Payment Method, and then Add New Payment Method.

    Note: To change the subscription shipping address, you must cancel the subscription and resubscribe using different shipping details.
